How It Works

Two parallel workflows — one for volunteers, one for rangers — that connect automatically.

Volunteer Workflow

01

Create Account

Sign up with your volunteer ID number provided by your park ranger. Takes under a minute.

02

Log Your Hours

After each shift, open the app and enter your hours by date, activity, and any notes for the ranger.

03

Submit for Approval

At month end, submit your hours. Your ranger receives an automatic notification to review.

04

Track Your Progress

Watch your cumulative total grow and see exactly how close you are to the next PVSA award tier.

Park Ranger Workflow

01

Park Setup

We configure your park in the system, import existing volunteers, and walk you through the admin panel.

02

Issue Volunteer IDs

Assign a volunteer ID to each person in your program. They use it to register in the app.

03

Review Submissions

Each month you receive a digest of pending hour submissions. Approve, edit, or request corrections.

04

Generate Reports

Pull district-ready summary reports at any time — by volunteer, date range, or activity type.
